5. Customer Indemnity
By submitting artwork or content, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless:

against any claims, damages, liabilities, legal costs, or expenses arising from:
- copyright infringement,
- trademark disputes,
- patent infringement,
- unauthorised use of branding,
- or other intellectual property disputes

before production approval.
Once artwork has been approved and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
tcboo.shop is not responsible for customer-approved errors printed exactly as approved.
10. Colour, Print & Display Variations
Customers acknowledge that slight variations may occur between:
- digital screen displays,
- proofs,
- fabrics,
- inks,
- sublimation processes,
- and finished printed products.
Exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed across:
- devices,
- browsers,
- materials,
- or manufacturing methods.
11. Business, Promotional & Wholesale Orders
Business, wholesale, cruise, resort, promotional, and event customers remain responsible for ensuring all supplied branding, logos, and artwork are legally authorised for reproduction.
Where requested, tcboo.shop may rely on customer confirmation of licensing rights without independent verification.
tcboo.shop reserves the right to request documentart evidence or ownership or licensing before production
