By placing an order with tcboo.shop, customers agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed once payment has been successfully received.

Because tcboo.shop offers both stocked and made-to-order products, processing times may vary depending on:

  • Personalisation requirements
  • Artwork approval
  • Seasonal demand
  • Manufacturing schedules

Some orders may begin production automatically shortly after purchase.


3. Stock Product Delivery Time

    Pre-printed stock items are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.

    UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is usually expected within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although this is an estimated delivery time and is not guaranteed.

    Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout according to the packed weight, parcel size and delivery service required.


    4. Personalised & Print-on-Demand Orders

    Custom printed, bespoke, or made-to-order products require additional production time.

    Typical dispatch times for personalised orders are:

    • 2–14 working days

    Production time may vary depending on:

    5. Artwork Approval

    before approving artwork.

    tcboo.shop is not responsible for customer-approved errors printed exactly as approved.


    6. Shipping Destinations

      Online checkout is currently available for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.

      Delivery to international destinations may be introduced separately. Availability, delivery charges and any applicable customs requirements will be confirmed at checkout or agreed directly with the customer before an order is accepted.


      7. International Shipping

      International orders may:

      • Experience local courier delays
      • Be affected by import procedures outside our control

      tcboo.shop cannot guarantee acceptance or successful handover by third-party venues or cruise operators.

      Customers accept responsibility for coordinating deliveries to temporary or international destinations.

      If a customer discovers an error, they should contact accounts@tcboo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will try to correct the information before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or been handed to a delivery provider.

      Where incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer results in a failed delivery, returned parcel, refusal, delay or redelivery, the customer may be responsible for reasonable additional delivery costs.

      This may include problems caused by:

      • An incorrect or incomplete address
      • Incorrect cruise, hotel, resort or venue information
      • Missing booking or reference details
      • A recipient being unavailable where attendance is required
      • A parcel not being collected within the delivery provider’s stated period
      • A venue or recipient refusing to accept the delivery

      We remain responsible where a delivery problem results from our own error or the actions of a delivery provider arranged by us, subject to applicable law.

      12. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

      If an order arrives damaged, is delayed or appears to be lost, customers should contact:

      We ask customers to report the issue within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date so that we can investigate it promptly.

      This requested reporting period does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights.

      When investigating a claim, we may reasonably request:

      • The order number
      • Photographs of the product
      • Photographs of the external and internal packaging
      • Delivery information
      • Details of the damage or missing items
      • Relevant courier information

      Customers should retain the product and packaging while the matter is being investigated, where reasonably possible.

      Claims may be subject to the delivery provider’s investigation procedures. However, where we arranged the delivery, the customer’s contract remains with us and we will remain responsible for providing any remedy required by law.

      Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, redelivery or refund in accordance with the customer’s statutory rights and the circumstances of the claim.


      13. Split Shipments

      Some orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on:

      • Product availability

      • Warehouse or manufacturing location

      14. Customs & Import Charges

      International orders may be subject to:

      These charges are normally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

      tcboo.shop is not responsible for customs delays or import charges imposed by destination countries.


      15. Risk & Ownership

      For consumer orders, goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them.

      Where the customer independently arranges a carrier that was not offered by us, risk may pass to the customer when the goods are handed to that carrier, as permitted by law.

      Ownership of goods remains with Spinney Yarns Ltd t/a tcboo.shop until payment has been received in full.

      Nothing in this section limits the customer’s statutory rights.


      16. Force Majeure

      Delivery or fulfilment may be delayed by events outside our reasonable control, including:

      • Natural disasters
      • Severe weather
      • Pandemic disruption
      • Government restrictions
      • Customs delays
      • Transport or port disruption
      • Industrial disputes or industrial action
      • Cyber incidents affecting relevant systems
      • International conflict
      • Disruption affecting delivery or communications networks

      Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and resume fulfilment as soon as reasonably possible.

      Any delivery estimate may be extended where reasonably necessary because of the event. Where practicable, we will inform affected customers of a significant delay.

      Nothing in this section excludes or restricts the customer’s statutory rights, including any right to cancel an order or receive a refund where delivery cannot be completed within the legally required or specifically agreed period.
