Spinney Yarns Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

The registered office is not a customer-return address. Customers must contact us and follow the applicable Return Policy before returning goods.

Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions – Consumer, Personalised, Corporate, Trade and Wholesale apply to purchases made through our website and to orders accepted through quotations, invoices, email or other agreed methods.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date in writing.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Products made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised do not normally qualify for change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect a customer’s rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or do not conform to the agreed specification.

• use around children and vulnerable individuals;

Customers must also follow any product-specific instructions appearing on the sewn label, packaging, product listing or documentation supplied with their order.

Tcboo bands are not safety restraints, flotation devices, personal protective equipment, toys or load-securing equipment.

The appearance of the Tcboo product is protected through registered-design rights and a United States design patent.

Protection currently includes:

• registered-design protection in the United Kingdom;
• registered-design protection in the European Union;
• registered-design protection in Canada;
• United States Design Patent No. US D1,132,062 S, “Cover for Furniture”; and
• an application for design protection in Türkiye.

The Türkiye application is pending and is not represented as a granted registration.

Purchasing a product, sample, personalised order or wholesale order does not transfer any manufacturing, copying, design or intellectual-property rights.
