A tcboo band is a stretch fabric sun lounger towel band measuring 22 cm wide. It fits around the backrest to help keep a towel securely in place and is washable, reusable and available in a growing range of designs.
How does a tcboo band work?
The band stretches around the chair or lounger and holds a towel or cover in place to help prevent movement caused by wind, slipping or general use.
What are tcboo bands made from?
tcboo bands are made from knitted stretch fabric containing 85% polyester and 15% elastane. The fabric provides the stretch needed to fit around a range of sun lounger backrests.
Are tcboo bands made in the UK?
Yes. tcboo bands are made in Britain using globally sourced materials. The finished bands are cut, printed, sewn and packed in Leicester, England—not imported as finished products.
Are tcboo bands eco-friendly?
tcboo bands are designed to be washed, reused and repaired. They are made from polyester and elastane and contain no rigid plastic parts. At the end of their useful life, recycling may be available through suitable textile recycling facilities; please check what is available in your local area.
Personalisation and Artwork
Can I order personalised tcboo bands?
Personalised tcboo bands for individual customers are coming soon. Custom-printed bands are currently available for businesses, organisations and events, subject to a minimum order quantity and artwork approval.

Is there a minimum order for custom printing?
For custom-printed business, organisation and event orders, the minimum order is 20 bands. Setup or artwork charges may apply depending on the design and printing requirements.
Can I upload my own design or logo?
Yes. Customers supplying artwork must ensure they own the rights or have permission to use any submitted logos, images or designs. tcboo cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without appropriate permission.
What file format should artwork be supplied in?
For best print quality we recommend:
- High-resolution PNG
- AI or EPS vector files where available
Low-resolution images may affect print quality.
Will I receive artwork approval before printing?
For bespoke business orders, artwork approval may be provided electronically or via sample depending on the project requirements. Production will not proceed until approval has been confirmed where applicable.
Delivery and Travel
How long does delivery take?
Stock or pre-printed items: usually dispatched within 48 hours.
Custom-printed orders: we aim to dispatch within 14 days.
Delivery times begin after dispatch and vary by destination, delivery service and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
International delivery is being introduced country by country. The destinations currently available, together with delivery options and costs, will be shown at checkout.
Are tcboo bands suitable for cruise holidays?
Yes. tcboo bands are compact, lightweight and ideal for cruise holidays, pool areas and resort travel.
How much does a tcboo band weigh?
Approximately 70g, making it lightweight and easy to pack in luggage, beach bags or hand luggage.
Care, Returns and Cancellations
Can tcboo bands be washed?
Yes. Machine wash at up to 40°C and spin without wringing. Line dry or tumble dry on a low setting. Do not iron or dry clean.
What is your returns policy?
Standard stock items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Personalised, bespoke or custom-printed products cannot usually be returned because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Can I cancel a personalised order?
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a personalised or custom-printed order. We will try to accept the cancellation if production has not started. Once artwork preparation, printing, cutting or manufacturing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not affect your legal rights if the finished item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
What happens if I provide incorrect spelling or artwork?
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, artwork and other customer-supplied details before approving production. tcboo is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied or approved content. We remain responsible for manufacturing faults and any substantial difference between the approved artwork and the finished product.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
